You can now insert
variables directly into the URL of CTA buttons
on closing screens! This allows you to send parameters to the configured URL, making it easy to:- Direct users to different pages based on their answers for pre-filter content,
- Pass data to external toolsvia the URL.
Use the

symbol to insert variables just like in titles and descriptions.
Item creators can now lock their items to prevent edits by other users, with a
"Lock" option
in the drop-down menu. Locked items disable all editing actions
like "Save Draft" and "Publish," and only the creator can unlock them.

! This will help you control whether users can participate once or multiple times.By default, this setting is off when you create an item. If you’d like to enable it, you can find it in each
item’s settings

save changes without publishing
after the initial publish! Previously, once an item was published, any changes could only be published immediately. Now, you have the option to Save Draft
, keeping your updates unpublished until you're ready.- Items with unpublished changes will be marked as "unpublished changes" in your list.
- Both the Save Draftand thePublishbutton will only be enabled if there are new changes.
- See when an item contains unpublished changes, so nothing gets missed.
